The orchestra will present a fantastic selection called a Tribute to the Big Bands, as well as some Glenn Miller favourites, such as In the Mood and Moonlight Serenade. We will also perform some of the most popular pieces of the great Duke Ellington, as well celebrate some of Frank Sinatra’s best, with a Salute to Old Blue Eyes!

Our guest artists for this concert will be Brisbane’s very own Andrews Sisters, featuring Cherryn Lomas, Claire Candy and Jodie Joy. This very talented and popular group has performed in many venues to record-breaking attendances and is sure to delight! They will transport you back in time with Chatanooga Choo Choo, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Rum and Coca Cola and more.. You will also be reminiscing with great orchestral favourites such as Stardust, Basin Street Blues, Georgia on my Mind and Moonglow. What a fabulous show! So come on down and join us for a boogie on the dance floor as we celebrate with Sing and Swing – a show not to be missed!!
